Although the embarrassment factor is a huge fault of glasses and a reason many teenagers don’t like wearing them, they are also disliked by adults and teenagers because of their bulkiness. Virtually no one really notices that you have them and they are only on your eyes not draped across your whole face. They also cannot get steamed up and do not have to be cleaned with a cloth. The fluid that they soak in while they are not being worn cleans and sterilizes them for usage again.
Contact lenses come in a variety of replacement times, from disposable daily usage to ones that last weeks to months. The daily disposable lenses are considered the most convenient as they can be thrown away at night and can be used if you just need something quick for a sporting event or special occasion.
